Tom Krance
Sr. Director, Business and Operations
Retired Police Chief and Marine Corps veteran Tom Krance is an important part of the organization’s infrastructure. He supervises business functions, facilities acquisition, and human resources endeavors. He and his family volunteered and provided meals for Urban Impact interns before he took the position. Now, he says,
I am both honored and humbled to have a small part in the UIF ministry. I pray our efforts on the business side of the ministry will help the programmers be successful in their daily interaction with the students and their families.
