Cindy Dell

Manager, Marketing and Communications

Cindy, who has previously worked in healthcare and as a part-time business owner, loves the opportunity to use her professional skills in an environment where she is encouraged to be part of building the Kingdom. Her love for God and people motivate her to strive for excellence in planning and coordinating Urban Impact events, Play Ball for Kids sponsorships and associated events, and creating materials to inform and educate people about the work that God is doing through this ministry. She takes every opportunity to plan program events--like Career Day, Training Camp visits, Kids' Marathon and Summer Day Camp's Health and Fitness Week--to interact with children and youth and build relationships with them. "Sharing Christ's love is so rewarding. A smile or a hearty embrace from one of our kids who knows my name, even though I'm usually behind the scenes, is a simple reward that makes my day!"
