Bob Scheidemantel

Assistant to the President

Bob is one of Urban Impact’s 240 volunteers, and has been volunteering since 1999. After a career in Corporate America, Bob retired to his position at Urban Impact. Here he is responsible for relationship building, fundraising, and financial and facilities planning for the organization. "The opportunity to give back to the community gives me great joy. It has been particularly exciting to see our program expand from serving grades 1-6 to grades 1-12 serving more than 1000 children and youth. We are so grateful for all those who support us as prayer partners, program volunteers, financial contributors, and/or a combination thereof. Our volunteer support has enabled us to maintain a ratio of 1 volunteer per 6 program participants. It was also very rewarding to see 35 of our seniors graduate and go on to higher education with 6 others going on to jobs, tradeschool, or military in the first year of our Options program."

Bob and his wife Priscilla (called “Peep”) have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
