Chad Braunersrither

Athletics Urban Missionary

Chad Braunersrither felt called to move from his home in Salt Lake City to Pittsburgh. The message was clear: Leave the financial services industry and serve God through Urban Impact. Here he mentors to a group of college-age boys by influencing their free time; they attend church, cook meals, and watch sports on the weekends. He has even taken some of them out West to see more of the country. Chad is also the Options Coordinator for the Athletics Department, and as such he helps to transition high-school seniors into college, ministry, tradeschool, careers, or ministry. His motto is “Be Jesus, don’t talk Jesus.” To these boys, Chad strives to be an example of how to walk the walk.

Chad lives on the North Side in the Marshall/Shadeland neighborhood.
